Wear subtle perfume or no perfume (Taste is influenced by smell. The floral or spicy fragrance can interfere with the abilities to discern wine flavours)

1. Refunds are not available unless you provide at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Failing the required notice you will be provided with a credit to be used at PepperGreen Estate 13 Market Place, Berrima, NSW 2576.
   
2. Notice of fewer than 48 hours must be via telephone. If you are unwell or have cold / flu-like symptoms, please inform us to cancel your booking. In the event of fewer than 48 hours notice, you will receive a credit for two months from the time of your original booking date.
   
3. In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
   
4. Late arrivals may forfeit the full cost of the booking and the right to participate. If you arrive 15 minutes late to the scheduled time of your booking, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no refund.

Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.

If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.
