The reef tour that we had on 1 Dec was ok. Transportation, snorkeling and diving were good. The tour was poorly planned therefore the diving part finished late and we barely managed to get on the helicopter. Bcoz of this rush we were unable to get scuba dive pictures and were told to contact Reef magic via email. This is what we did on the next day, but until now - 25 Dec - the photos are not received. Reef magic even stopped answering our emails. Overall, the tour is ok, but could be better planned. The service and attention to clients are extremely poor. Complete ignorance. We are ok to pay 75$ for our pictures, but reef magic doesn’t want to get money.

Yesterday was the perfect day for the reef. 2 knot winds and amazing visibility. 👌 Crew were helpful and attentive. Lunch was lovely. Foods that weren't too heavy also, which is good when you're swimming. Lots to do. We snorkeled, checked out the underwater observatory and went on the semi submersible. All great fun and the day flew by! Beautiful coral and fish. Didn't see any sharks, turtles or rays, sadly, but that's nature. 🐠

Magical! Highly recommend this boat for all travellers & divers! First transfer boat was well maintained, clean toilets, air coned, all staff are professional (fabulous uniform) & friendly! Shout out to office Peter, DM Jake, Amber, Heiyan, Shaun and all staff from galley! Safety briefing was clear & all demonstration was not rushing, very considerate for having other languages provided! Love seeing international instructors at the GBR! All staff helped out every passenger who were sea sick and giving them all the care & love🤍 Second boat was spacious, not crowded even handling numbers of family! So many option to enjoy the sea view for non swimmer! The snorkelling lined area was a good size for the look out to focus and everyone was safe! Marine life at the swallow area was lovely, I can tell all the kids felt safe and happy! Mooring line & the bottom of the platform we’re well taking care of, loved the entry for intro divers, since there were ropes for them to hold of to. Saw a few instructors really spending their time to make sure intro divers were feeling safe and not panicky. I had Amber as my buddy since I am a solo diver, she was professional and experienced to look after others. First dive bottom was 45minutes and we saw so many Wally and clams! Second one was a drift dive (thank you Shaun) we entered a bit further of the Moore Reef. HeiYan & Amber were amazing and I felt loved by someone who can speak my language! Although a bit of a current but nothing can stop us from seeing sharky! Lunch had various options provided for Vegetarian & seafood lover!🦐 everything was clean & yummy! I even went for a second🙈 6 changing rooms were all clean and not much waiting time even with this capacity. All diving gear was clean and well maintained & very updated! Wetsuits were all in good condition and everyone can get their right size! Very instagramable! 💃🏻 I enjoyed this day very much, thank you to all staff, office reservation booker, buyer who bought all diving gear! I would definitely come visit again and recommend this experience for all my friends!

We participated in the cruise and snorkel safari. I thoroughly enjoyed the roped off area to explore. I thought it would be too small but you could spend all day snorkeling the area and identifying new ocean creatures with every turn. The snorkel safari was also great in a different area, but I do wish our guide spoke louder and provided more information on the things we saw. Overall this was a great experience to explore the great barrier reef. I also thought the Indigenous demonstration of musical culture was so eye-opening and I appreciated the time to acknowledge the custodians of the region.
