Located in Bowral, the cultural heartland of The Southern Highlands, a short 90 minutes drive from Sydney and Wollongong, and just two hours from Canberra. ​Come to one of our scheduled classes, or for even more special gather your family and friends for a private class at Stefano's Cooking Experience Studio Cucina. I proudly wear my heart on my sleeve and believe it's not about what you cook, it's about getting knees under a table. Cooking is meant to be fun and messy, it's a bit like life.

2 months agoWhat a great afternoon we had with the wonderfully entertaining and informative Stefano. He's a man after our own hearts. Extremely passionate about his food, his produce and the entire food production experience. The kitchen is setup extremely well with plenty of room for everyone. More importantly we all felt at home, with friends, immediately. Shout out to Rhi, Mary, Viv and Trudi (at our noisy & naughty end of the table) who made the day so enjoyable. We always say you can never have too much good food and too much laughter. Actually scratch that....you can have too much food....but gorgeous Stefano had overflow boxes to pack the leftovers into much to everyone's delight. Highly recommend this experience, you will not be disappointed.

3 months agoWhat a wonderful experience, we thoroughly enjoyed the master pasta class from the moment we were welcomed by Stefano, it was intimate, relaxing and fun, not to mention the wonderful food we prepared and then shared, with yummy leftovers to take home. 11 months agoStefano was an absolute joy to be around! Learning new techniques on how to cook staple dishes was exciting and I’ll be using his ideas for a long time to come. On top of that he taught as authentic italian recipes and gave us insight into what regions they came from and why. His knowledge of cooking and his passion for sharing what he knows with good people is infectious. Would recommended this class to anyone. As an added bonus his cooking studio has a beautiful view of the country side.

It’s like stepping into a family member’s kitchen and learning fabulously, delicious recipes.
