Discover a tranquil nature park in Melbourne! From Phillip Island to Great Ocean Road and the Dandenong Ranges, Amazed has a nature park experience for you.
The Melbourne metropolitan area is teeming with stunning parklands and areas that are perfect for picnics, games, functions or simply relaxing with a book. One of our favourite nature parks in the city area is the Royal Botanical Gardens, where you can enjoy more than 8,000 unique plant species and rolling greens all within a short walk of the CBD. Another top pick is Fitzroy Gardens, which features over 150 years worth of unique trees and plant life and stunning landscaping that is second to none. It’s also just a short walk from the top of the CBD - just jump off the tram or train at State Parliament.

Get the gang together and immerse yourselves in a breathtaking landscape that will stay with you forever on a bush walk. There are some fabulous spots for bushwalking in regional Victoria, many less than two hours from Melbourne. One of our favourite spots is the Mornington Peninsula National Park, which offers coastal cliff tops and breathtaking views over the Bass Strait.
Get out of the city and spend a relaxing day in the beautiful mountains and forests of the Dandenong Ranges. In the tranquillity of the forest, hikers will discover the remnants of Aboriginal history at William Ricketts Sanctuary. Or go one step further on a private tour of the ranges from Amazed, which includes pick up and drop off from the city, a leisurely nature walk and lunch at a local restaurant.
Experience the majestic Grampians with an all-inclusive package from Amazed. Our experience partners will take you on a moderate 4.2km return hike that passes through fascinating rock formations, including the Grand Canyon and Silent Street, and the iconic cliff face is known as The Pinnacle. You’ll then visit Halls Gap before heading up to MacKenzie Falls to witness one of Victoria’s largest and most beautiful waterfalls. Visitors will also see stunning views of Halls Gap, Lake Bellfield and Mt. William mountain ranges during their nature park experience. Sounds like the perfect day trip!
