Cleaning:
Should the cottage not be left neat and tidy with the dishes in the dishwasher a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
Check out:
Should you leave later than the stated check-out time you will be charged $50/ half hour.
Smoking:
Is not permitted in the cottage, deck only. Should you smoke in the cottage you will be charged $550 cleaning fee.
Damage:
You will be charged accordingly to any damages to the property.
Your voucher(s) and booking information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive shortly after purchasing the experience on Amazed.com.
If the booking needs to be first confirmed by the host, you will receive your Amazed voucher within 24-48 hours of purchase.

a week agoWe had a wonderful time at this beautiful cottage. Everything was perfect, from the magnificent view to the delicious breakfast hamper to the small touches like quiet jazz music playing upon arrival. Thanks so much for catering for my dietary needs as well. It was an amazing and memorable getaway for our 31st wedding anniversary!

in the last weekWe had a wonderful couple of days here...beautiful view and a lovely cottage. It's worth noting that some booking portals do not include the very generous and delicious breakfast hamper but our very accommodating hosts provided it anyway given the misunderstanding. A very enjoyable stay !

a month agoMisty view cottages was everything and more than I imagined. A place I’ve wanted to go to for a while now. It was a surprise getaway and I couldn’t have been happier. Shell and Tony were amazing hosts and would highly recommend these cottages to anyone! We will be definitely be back!

5 months agoMisty View Cottages in Montville is a first class experience! Shell & Tony are great hosts and their cottages are absolutely amazing!! Great scenery, great location, very quiet and the cottage had everything you could hope for. I have definitely found my go to place for a getaway, will be back soon. Highly recommend and 2 thumbs up!!

7 months agoWe loved this property so much that this is our second stay here. We have stayed in the Gatsby and the Savoy cabins and both were beautiful with a magic view across the tree canopy to the dam below. Very well appointed, with everything you would need for a great romantic getaway including a log fireplace. Ample breakfast hamper is supplied with freshly warmed croissants delivered to your door each morning. Very private and secluded. Loved the wildlife that came to visit our balcony. Great location, only minutes from the centre of Montville. Thanks Shell and Tony for a wonderful stay.
