We invite you to join us on a guided glow worm tour of a specially constructed cave. We can ensure that guests will have the opportunity to see glow worms because access to the cave is restricted to guided tours in order to protect the glow worms that live here. Do not overlook our frog show! With your glow worm tour, you may visit a self-guided frog and bug display at no additional cost.

Situated in a restored rainforest as a consequence of decades of replanting work on top of Tamborine Mountain. Trained biologists will lead you on a journey along our boardwalk through the jungle and into the glow worm habitat. Here, you can get a close-up encounter with a glow worm and observe its sticky silk threads and glowing body.

Glow worms are dependent on rainforests and wet caves for their continuous survival since they need a home that is perpetually moist. However, due to climate change and human activities, Australia's rainforest habitats are dwindling. This specially designed glow worm cave at Tamborine Mountain offers the best conditions for glow worms in a controlled habitat, mitigating the effects of human activity.

My family really enjoyed the tour. Our driver Bryce was funny and very informative. The Glow worm cave was only a small part of the day. After that we had lunch at the St Bernard Inn where the food was amazing. Wine tasting at witches was lovely and a hike of Curtis falls. We really enjoyed the day on Tambourine mountain and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the experience.

We had an incredible birthday experience on the Mt Tamborine Winery Tour. Scotty took us on a journey through the mountain visiting stunning locations with a history lesson of each venue. The staff at the wineries were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the tastings were educational and a lot of fun! Would highly recommend this company if you are wishing to to enjoy wine on the beautiful QLD country side.

Having trouble to book online with my uk phone number the problem was quickly resolved by a quick phone call to Pineapple Tours.and pick up organise for our hotel on South Bank Brisbane. Mind was our guide/driver on our Tambourine mountain tour to glow worm cave, sky walk and lunch at St Bernard Hotel. We had a great day out thanks to Mind. Great view points, lovely little shopping street with arts and crafts items and vineyards to visit. Well done Mind and Pineapple tours.

Had a great day on mt tambourine.Scotty our driver was knowledge and up for a chat.The day didn't feel rushed as we went to two wineries lunch at st Bernards and then to a local distillery.With abit of shopping to finish the day.Both drivers were fantastic.

Dress is casual – smart/casual. Please note that it can be up to 5 degrees cooler on the mountain, so you may wish to bring a light jumper.
We can cater for all dietary requirements whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free or similar. Please mention this when booking your tour to ensure the chef is able to prepare your meal.
Our small group tours are for adults only and unfortunately we can’t accept children on these tours. However, you are welcome to book a private tour where you can bring the whole family and we can tailor the day to suit everyone in your family’s requirements.
Please understand that alcohol is unable to be served to persons under the age of 18.

Cancellation Policy

Once your booking has been made, if you cancel it, you may incur a cancellation fee from the experience provider.
Our experience providers have their own cancellation policies which you are bound to follow.
