We have a variety of tours, whether it be a full day trip or overnight sailing experience on a 2 day 1 night, 2 day 2 night or 3 day 2 night vessel there are plenty of choices available, or you can spoil yourself with a bit of diversity and combine two cruises together for a more unique experience. in the last weekThe club has been updated since we visited last, but the stunning sunset views are just the same. The pasta dish was yummy, and the happy hour drinks and cocktails were tasty. Staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend visiting for a meal or just for sunset drinks

in the last weekBooked the Whitsunday Sailing Club Restaurant “20 Degrees South” for my partner’s birthday. Unfortunately, we received one of our worst dining experiences. Upon arrival, we were not shown to our table, it was simply pointed out to us. The table was positioned in the middle of what appeared to be a dance floor with live music blaring at full volume less than 5m from where we were positioned. Diners are required to order their food and drinks separately at two stations next to the bar. We had to request where our drinks had got to as our food arrived 15-minutes before our ordered drinks. The food was ok. My partner ordered the carbonara and I ordered the steak ciabatta which was overpowered with a sweet tomato relish. Whilst eating, we had to duck under a flip flop thrown across our table by patrons from another table who were very loudly enjoying themselves throughout our dining experience. Then a woman decided to pass by our table so closely that her swinging hand knocked my plate nearly off the table itself whilst I was still eating. During our meal, the live music was interrupted by an awards ceremony and raffle draw that droned on and on and on. It felt less like a restaurant dining experience, and more like an end of season awards night that we had tacked along to. We promptly finished our meal and left within 30-minutes of arrival.

a year agoJust had the most loveliest lunch lovingly and beautifully made and prepared by Erin and Fabio. If I could give it a 10 stars I would! Also handy being a member and getting a great discount. Well done team WSC!

2 weeks agoWe walked in waiting to be seated. A couple of the waiters looked at us, but then walked around the long way to avoid us and walked into the kitchen. They all tried not to make eye contact. I then asked if we find our own seat to another staff member. He responded I'll have a look for tables. Came back gave us a menu and said if you can find a table. We looked there was no tables free. We walked out because not one person was willing to make the effort to help us. Poor service! So sad to have experience like this when everyone is raving about this place.
