We had an amazing experience, the flight crew was fantastic. Wonderful views and great journey. Any step was explained and announced. Security is on the first place. We were lucky to have an incredible sunrise. Team was friendly and collaborative.

WOW - amazing sunrise hot air balloon flight. Eddie the pilot, navigated the ballon and was, well experienced, confident and fun and was always happy to answer any questions. Very organized and professional. We had a very smooth flight throughout, including the takeoff and landing. The whole experience was magical - so peaceful and the views were stunning. Wind - or rather the lack of - meant we didn't fly over the city, but the views were still spectacular and we got to see the sunrise. The communication about the weather and whether the flight was going ahead was spot on, and the app provided lots of useful information and updates. It was great fun helping to get the balloon filled and packing up too, and my husband was able to join the ground crew while I was on the flight, and he thoroughly enjoyed helping Nick follow our balloon to the landing site. Couldn't fault my first ever hot air balloon flight - everything was very organized and professional, would highly recommend Global Ballooning!

Totally worth the 5am wake up!!! The whole team at Global Ballooning were amazing. From communication to the team on the ground & pilot were fabulous. Would highly recommend doing or recommending this Yarra Valley balloon flight an A++++ experience.

Brilliant time, incredible views, and a safe flight. Breakfast afterward was great as well with lots of options. Highly recommend and would go again any time!
