All of our classes begin with breath awareness and gently warm up; followed by a range of postures and practices designed to relieve tension, improve flexibility, nourish your mind-body, and spirit, strengthen and tone on every level; concluding with a deep relaxation or meditation.

Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Our range of Yoga classes is tailored to you. Our Beginner/Back Care Yoga classes are for everybody as we go 'back to basics, to remind you about core awareness and activation.
