YO-T is about blending the benefits of yoga with occupational therapy interventions, and other therapy modalities to provide a holistically balanced approach to wellness and everyday life.
Our intention is simple, you enjoy yoga through a meaningful experience, you observe the benefits in mind and body and most importantly how this transfers to everyday life.
We also offer a range of general and specialist group yoga classes.
