We practice Traditional Shotokan Karate as taught by Gichin Funakoshi the founder Shotokan Karate.
Our style is suitable for males and females of all ages (adults & kids) 4 years old to 65 years old and promotes Health and fitness, Discipline, Self-esteem, Character building and A “Can-Do” attitude.
