The Republic of Fremantle is an urban distillery in the heart of Fremantle's West End, a collective for the independently minded.

A craft distillery making vodka and gin from scratch using innovative grape-to-glass distilling methods. Republic of Fremantle's distilling process starts from the harvest of locally grown grapes to craft the ultimate pure grape-based spirit.

Classes take place on the Distillery floor right alongside our one-of-a-kind copper stills. We’ve learnt a lot in our pursuit of the perfect spirits. The techniques that we’ve developed in order to create our flagship range are worth sharing, so we’ve designed this experience to do just that.
