My Grandma Ben is a sustainably focused café, bar and workshop space.

Our aim is to nourish community engagement through our hands-on pickling, preserving and fermenting workshops and by sharing recipes, tips and tricks for reducing waste in the kitchen and home. My Grandma Ben is a place to start for those beginning their journey of reducing and reusing and finding the joy of creating things from scratch.

Our workshops are relaxed, lots of fun and hands-on - the perfect unique ice-breaker for corporate events or get-togethers with a group of friends. Any of our workshops can be carried out as a private event, subject to seasonality and group size.
