We are a working Oyster Farm and we process all our oysters on-site so you can watch us at work.
Visitors can enjoy freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters or Pacific Oysters by the water or purchase them to take home. We also stock Fresh Australian Prawns.
We are always up for a chat about our local Oyster Industry so come down and say G-day to Jim, Robyn, or Sally
