Headspace is a free and welcoming safe space for young people providing access, support and information for a broad range of concerns, including mental health, physical and sexual health, drug and alcohol, employment and education and support for families and carers.

You can get involved through a variety of volunteering opportunities. Volunteer opportunities are occasionally available at headspace centres, young people are at the heart of all that we do at headspace. We know they are experts in their own lives and through youth participation, we engage young people to develop solutions for the issues most affecting them.
