Welcome to Hartig Yoga
Our classes are for everybody, whether you are a Cairns local, or are just visiting the area.
We have created a space for you to come home to yourself, through movement, breath and relaxation, right next to the ocean in Palm Cove, Cairns.
We offer a number of styles, Hatha Flow, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, so you are sure to find a class that suits you. Mats and blocks are provided, but feel free to BYO if you have them.
