Tastings & Cocktails
Each table is offered a complimentary tasting of our Australian Dry Gin on arrival, after which you can order from our drinks and cocktails menu. We have a limited number of specialty cheese boards featuring all Australian artisan cheesemakers. Let us know if you would like to pre-order a cheese board.

We are currently doing 2-hour sittings, call us if you would like a longer booking.

Distillery Tours
Join us at the North Shores newest distillery tasting room for a Tour and Tasting. We will discuss the history of gin, how our spirits are made and finish off with a guided tasting session. We will also reserve a table following the tour so you can try out our cocktail menu.
