Our Digital Detox Retreat (DDR) is aimed at escaping the daily distractions of technology and reconnecting with nature and others. The COVID-19 pandemic of 2020 has given rise to the increased consumption of digital technology in our everyday lives. Working from home has become the new normal and increased physical distancing has created the unwanted side effect of social isolation.
The Digital Detox Retreat provides some magical reflective opportunities in awe-inspiring locations and re-energizes your spirit in ways you can’t imagine. We have several campsite locations that provide different opportunities to explore. Throughout the retreat, our Parks Victoria licensed facilitators will provide some guided activities that will assist in the Digital Detox including group and individual reflection– or you can choose to sit around camp and take in the surroundings.
