Bouldering is rock climbing’s feisty little sister. Without the use of ropes or harnesses, bouldering is done at a lower height, with a variety of angles to be climbed. Although bouldering may look intimidating, you do not have to be fit or even have climbing experience to start!

You don't need to be a contestant on Ninja Warrior to reap the benefits and have a great time. While increasing stamina and strength throughout the whole body, the sport also is a brilliant brain trainer. Climbing the colour-coded routes is like solving a puzzle and improves focus, concentration and co-ordination, being great for all persons. Climbing is a great activity to get yourself into for all the benefits and fun it has to offer.
