The Blue Frog truffiere hosts about 4.5 hectares of truffle-inoculated oak and hazelnut trees. Fruiting in spring and maturing by winter, fresh truffles are harvested from mid June to mid August – the best time to discover more about truffles is when Blue Frog hosts truffle hunts as part of the Canberra and Region Truffle Festival
