About

Mindful movement, breath awareness and deep relaxation are the focus of each class. We move in a way that feels good, giving us a juicy stretch and cultivating a feeling of calm and ease.

Classes are small (up to Seven), and each session is tailored to the group. There are always modifications offered to ensure that everyone gets the full benefit of the class. We use blocks, bolsters, balls, rollers, straps, and the wall ... we get creative and have fun! Whatever it takes to feel supported and stretched.
