• For Adults or Children aged between 12 to 17 years old. Not suitable for infants or children 11 years and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times.
  
• No Mandatory Single Supplement - means we match solo travellers boooking separately to share a room at no extra cost, where possible with the same gender, but not guaranteed.
  
• Ensure you pack appropriately for the season in which you are traveling, temperatures in the Northern Territory can be extreme from day to night.
  
• Customers must notify us of special dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to departure, there is limited options once the tour departs.
  
• Travel insurance is compulsory for all international travellers and should be taken out prior to booking your tour.
  
• Passengers will need to bring with them a 2.5L water bottle to use on walks. 
  
• A moderate level of fitness is required due to the nature of the tour.

Day Trips 

• Flexible Date Changes – unlimited supply of free date changes available up until 7-days prior to departure; or
  2 to 7-days prior to departure:
  
• We will hold 100% of the deposit paid by you as a credit voucher, valid for redemption within 3-years from the date of purchase any credit voucher resulting from cancellation may be applied towards any other tour operated by GLT within Australia; or
  
• 8-days or more prior to departure,
  We will refund the balance paid by you in connection to your booking less any unrecoverable costs; or
  
• Failure to board on tour or cancelled within 2-days/48-hrs will result in full fare forfeiture of the ticket price and not eligible for a refund; or
  
• Cancellation prior to departure due to you having COVID-19/ “flu-like symptoms”, supported by a medical certificate, we will refund 100% of monies paid by you either directly or via your booking agent.
  

Extended Trips

• Flexible Date Changes – unlimited supply of free date changes available up until 30-days prior to departure; or
  14 to 30-days prior to departure:
  
• We will hold 100% of monies paid by you as a credit voucher, valid for redemption within 3-years from the date of purchase
  any credit voucher resulting from cancellation may be applied towards any other tour operated by GLT within Australia; or
  31-days or more prior to departure,
  
• We will refund the balance paid by you in connection to your booking less any unrecoverable costs; or
  
• Failure to board on tour or cancelled within 14-days will result in full fare forfeiture of the ticket price and not eligible for a refund; or
  
• Cancellation prior to departure due to you having COVID-19/ “flu-like symptoms”, supported by a medical certificate, we will refund 100% of monies paid by you either directly or via your booking agent.
